Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Please open your order once received to inspect for any printing faults, manufacturing faults, or damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must contain a fault as outlined above, unfortunately we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.

To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase and photo/video to demonstrate the fault and that it arrived in that condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process into your account, please check with your bank if you do not see the refund within a week. If the bank is not able to confirm the refund, please contact us via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
